Information we receive

When you request access, we may receive the Telegram username and goal that you choose to submit. We may also receive messages you send to our support team and basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and working.

Sharing and retention

Purchases and payments

When you buy access, we collect your name, email address and, if you qualify for the money-back guarantee, the crypto wallet address you give us for refunds. We also record your order ID, payment status, the IP address and browser information used at checkout, to prevent fraud.

• Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your wallet's private keys.
• We use your email to send your order confirmation and your private Telegram group link, and to provide support.
• Your refund wallet address is used only to send a refund you request under the guarantee.
• If you start a checkout but don't complete the payment, we may send you up to two reminder emails. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Affiliate program

If you join our affiliate program, we collect your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form, never readable), the USDT wallet address and network for your commissions, and the IP address used when you sign up or log in, to prevent fraud such as self-referrals.

• We use your email to confirm your account, reset your password and confirm changes to your payout wallet.
• Your dashboard shows your clicks, orders and commissions. It never shows the names or contact details of the customers you refer.
• When a visitor opens an affiliate link, we store the referral code and the time of that first click in an essential cookie for 30 days, so that a purchase made in that period can be credited to the affiliate.

Cookie Policy

AI Poker Boss may use essential cookies and similar storage to remember basic site settings, your language, an affiliate referral (30 days) and, for affiliates, your login. Optional analytics cookies are used only when you accept them through the site notice. You can decline optional cookies without losing access to the website.

The optional cookies are set by the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. If you accept them, we also send Meta a record of a completed purchase from our server (Meta Conversions API) with your email address in hashed (SHA-256) form, the order value, your IP address and browser details, so that the purchase can be matched to an ad. If you decline, neither the pixel nor this server-side record is used. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page.
